Bruiser Winter Commuter

I really think this is a great idea. I live in Orange County but I can really see how this would benefit the locals in Milwaukee. All of that snow and ice in the streets must really be a pain to ride on. I could also see it as a major hazard. That is where the new Bruiser Winter Commuter Eco Build comes in.
