Citygrounds Trip to AZ

This is so goooooood! So many bangers in this edit. Plus the return of Corey! I thought that kid died haha. He was going hard on the scene and it jut seemed like he disappeared. Luckily for us, hes back and better than ever. I feel like his style really changed just watch to see if you agree. His tuck no handers are boss, Matt's park riding is killer and Jensen is just a beast. Definitely one of the better edits.

Eighth Inch 14mm Bueller Hubs!

Kris was testing out the Bueller rims a while back but stopped for some reason so I kind of assumed they weren't going to go into production anymore. I'm glad to announce that these rims are in fact going to be prideced in both 700c and 26". They are also going to be accompanied with the brand new Eighth Inch Bueller Hubs. I like how they include the 14mm axle instead of charging you a crapload for the conversion kit like other companies. At the moment, I'm hoping for a reasonable price on these hubs. Eighth Inch prices their products extremely competitivly so I'll be on the edge of my seat waiting for the pricing. On a related note, I just lost EighthInch's daily competition :( check out their facebook if you want to be a part of their comps.

P.D.P 3

Shit went down at P.D.P! Those BB17 riders are so goood! I loved watching the bunnyhop comp. Everyone there had mad hops! Was there an actual winner or was it a tie because more than one person cleared that top height?

LDG: Forging the Hammer

LDG holding it down for OC! LDG is one of my favorite local shops and this is exactly why. They come out with some of the best products around all while still having that local vibe. I remember going in last year around the time of Mid-West Mayhem and asking about their upcoming freestyle frame. I got to see the geometry of its initial phases and I was already extremely impressed. Oddly enough, they began making the frame in an awkward transition phase of FGFS and I noticed that. Luckily, the LDG crew noticed this as well and did not push the production. They instead changed the geometry 5 times and really but the strength of the frame to the test. Their ability to cater to rider's needs is the reason for such an awesome frame. I have no doubt that this frame will be one of the best in the game and I can't wait for it to come out on 4/20/11 (coincidence?). I'll be sure to ride over and check out them out when the time comes. Until then, you can read up on the process HERE or you can buy LDG parts at their web store HERE. I highly recommend their Split Rib Grip, one of the comfiest grips I've ever felt!

Return of the Viking

It really has been a long time since Prolly's last edit. I read his blog and it seems like FGFS is the last on his priorities list. He gets mad flow from companies and it seems like hes getting all he can. Despite that, in this little edit, Prolly shows off what hes still got. I love the action at the banks, that spot looks hella fun.

Best Bodin/ Sadio Bikes/ Brothers Bikes

This guy shreds! I have no idea where Sadio keeps on finding these crazy riders. They really are beginning to stack up an unbelievable team. This video lead me to the Sadio website and I was lurkin around and I saw the team page. Why is Chris Fonseca on the team? He hasn't done anything in a long time, I thought he wa over FGFS.

Eighth Inch Butcher Build

I don't know why but I always dig build videos especially with new frames. Theres something about building up a bike that is appealing visually. I dunno, just me?

Chunk's Revenge Garrison Bumstead

Poor little Chunks the Bumsteads mascot has passed away and this edit is in his memory. The little guy would have been proud to be represented in this edit. Garrison holding it down! I loved that bench grind.

Mike in Paris and Portugal

Definitly deserved second in Paris! Mike shredsss I love his OG Tricktrack steeze its real smooth. Why's he on the TRK again? Did he break his other frame (Mordecai I think)? No matter the frame, Mikes got some big moves and when the adrenaline kicks in, the competition is screwed.

About Unknown Bike Co

This a cool little bit just informing the viewer on the roots of Unknown. I love how FGFS opened up a whole new market for companies, making it possible for more people to live off of what they love. Vincents a boss for bringing Unknown over to the US because they make some of my favorite parts.

The Music Box

This is truly a masterpiece. In my opinion, this is Daniel Campos' best work to this date. The guy is freakishly talented both at dancing and directing, as portrayed through this video. I've literally watched this like 5 times its that good. The creativity is outstanding from beginning till end. I especially liked that ending of the whole film. Definitely a must watch.

rideBLT Sunday Edit Quatro

Some really solid riding in this edit. I really really really miss going fast it sucks to not have a job :( Also, I'm really digging some of the set-ups these guys have going on. For now, I'll just admire those beautiful fast bikes.

I Made a Twitter

I've been sick for the last week and during one day of the week, I went home sick so I was like fuck it why not make a Twitter. At first I didn't think I was going to use it or like it much but I was so wrong! That shits addictinggg! It allows you to stay connected with other riders and brands and even celebrities! I love the info that you get out of it and @fixieleaks makes things really interesting. If you have one, follow me @gnarniabikes or if you don't have one, make one its hella amusing!

SHMOB saTTurdays: sTTorm sessions vol. 1

These guys are progressing really well. They're growing more balls and going bigger its great! That fall in the beginning looking rough! Legs flopped around and everything! I'm stoked to see more of the Shmob Saturday edits.
The G.O.A.T frame is soooo fresh. The Grime crew really helped making a kick as frame. In my opinion, its way better than the Yo Mang. The Yo Mang is more of an experimental frame, this is more of the final product.

GOATrealdealINSPACE-thumb-500x350-12751

FGG: West Jam

This edit really portrays the gnarliness that went down at West Jam. USA all the way! Our riders killed it especially Wonka who took 1st. You can really tell how much he is pushing himself even if it means taking some bad falls.

W-Base: PDP3 in Taiwan

Dope contestttttt! There really needs to be another contest in Socal soon. Spots are everywhere it'd be so killer!

SNDTRCK: West Jam Edit

FGFS is evolving at such a fast rate! Riders are going harder than ever I love it! There really needs to be more competitions though preferable close to my area!

Unknown Bikes: Korea Team Teaser

It seems like Asian countries have edits on lock. In my opinion, the editing and filming far surpass American edit. I also like their style a lot more. US goes big but Korea is just so smooth. Props to Unknown for putting out a killer team.

Torey Thorton For Loose Nuts

Toreys got some sick moves. He really knows the potential of a simple manny pad. I love that little section, so smooth! I'm also really digging the bars Torey has on his Sup Mang they look beefy!

Bangin' Bikes: Jake Ricker's Leader 722TS

This is a pretty sweet set-up. I love Leader's fast frames they're so sexy! I love the simplicity of this build. Black and white is so simple yet so clean. Truly a beauty! Seen via Heavy Pedal.

Specs:
Frame: Leader 722TS
Fork/Heatset: Leader S805, Chris King Sotto Voce

Sofus Francisco: Last Week's Edit

Nothing too crazy here but I still really enjoyed it. The one thing I don't understand is the bmx section in the end. What does that have to do with the straps at all? Also, the rider is riding in Omar Salazar Nike Sbs and I have a pair of those. I don't use them for riding but I think they'd be really good for riding do to the Flywire.

VIMBY: Retired Belts

This has been a little DIY bike project for a long time. Its a great idea and I'm glad that Dylan Bigby is taking advantage of it. Although his are probably better than anything I could make, I enjoy making my own things. It just makes everything more fun.

Introducing - Gremlins

It amazes me how much I liked my Volume Cutter. Every time I see a Cutter in an edit, I miss my old bike, Pearl. She was quite the beauty and she rode amazingly. Definitely one of my favorite frames of all time. This video ha some pretty solid riding. I wanna try some of this stuff but I've been sick so I haven't ridden since Friday. Riders include Rifaie Taufik, Najib Aziz, Meel Lao, Afiq Yusof, Hazim Razman, Shafiq Karim, and Wellen Chai

Wonka Bike Check

This is a really informative little video. I'm sure I was not the only one wondering the Grime crew's set-ups and stuff. One thing I was really interested in was that gear ratio. Wonka's running 36/12 on 26" which is around 76.5 gear inches. A lot of riders are riding ratios with the low 60s and in my opinion thats way too spiny. I'm riding 36/14 right now which is around 70 gear inches and I kind of want to go lower to pull off faster tricks without spinning out.

Just 4 ~@kiCks

That stair is nuts. Like I have said before, I think Brad is one of the best riders at grinds. This video shows exactly why. Hes got the balls to hit something so massive. I also believe that he landed that set. Hes probably just saving it for a bigger edit.

Tony 9 Secs

I'm diggin this slow motion. Tony should really come out with a longer edit, I'd be stoked to see more from him!

Thomas Bike Shop ~@JAM!!!

This looks like a good time! I have a spot like that bank near my house, makes me wanna ride it. There alwasy seems to be a dumpster in front of it though. Also, that roof drop was nuts!!! If Santos landed that wrong bad things could have happened.

Thomas Bike Shop ~@JAM!!! from Fixed LovE on Vimeo.

PEONFX x DEVISE - Faz Adhili

The Trek T1 has been one of my favorite frames ever since I began riding. I remember one of the guys at my school having one and thinking that it was just a beauty. This is a pretty dope video with some good ol' riding.

Steven Jensen Signature Straps

What do you get when you combine the big style of Steven Jensen and one of the best strap and bag companies? You get the Ynot Steven Jensen signature straps. These things are beefed up and they look killer. I'm loving the drill and flame thrower to test them out real funny stuff! I'm also digging the riding in this one. Make sure you watch out for that tailwhip and the techy grinds. I can't even comprehend how he pulled off that grind at 1:35.

Morning Sesh With Montoya

Matt is one of my favorite riders. He goes big and lands his moves super clean. The one thing I really really liked in this video was the 360 at :26. How the frick do you get that high!

B-Roll

Why is Matt Spencer so good?!?! This short little teaser really makes me want to go ride. Unfortunately, I'm sick and stuck inside :(

Blk Mrkt: Street Fiend

This is such a nice looking frame! I'm a huge fan of Blk Mrkt and I'm stoked that they're coming out with a new FGFS frame. Their NSF is more of their beefy commute frame, similar to a cutter. I really wanna see more pics of the build, and hear more info. Let's see Erik Vehmeyer shred that thing! Read more HERE.

Wonka Nose Manny at West Jam

This little clip is sooooo dope. You gotta have some big balls to even attempt something like that on a fixed gear straped in. I would have shit myself. Ohh and congrats to Wonka for taking first. USA USA USA!

Results:

2 - Oscar Khan - London
3 - Simon Andraca - France

The Mind of Kevin #12

I'm loving this song right now. I'm probably going to learn it on the uke soon. Jack Johnson gets me so relaxed its ridiculous. It's fun to just cruise beach side listening to some of his song.

Bangin' Bikes: Carlpreme' Nem-Pro v2

Amazingggg! this is probably one of the cleanest bikes I've ever seen. Nem-Pro frames are definitly one of my favorites and this is exactly why. Tight wheelbase, not too long of a toptube, and beefy tire clearances what a dream! If you have the money, I would definitely recommended picking up their new Steveland Cleaner Frame, you wont be disappointed. The one thing I would change would be those bars. In my opinion, Yowelli bars look gross. Other than that, super clean build. Now try to break it! You can see more pictures as well as the specs list on the Gnarcotix Tumblr.

IMG_1804

Tomas Thrasher Edit

I'm loving those 180 sliders in the begining. I can kinda land them but they're not too smooth. I think that it is mainly because I can't exactly slider that way. Just another thing I gotta work on.

Thursday, March 17, 2011

Fucking Jamil Gray!!!

Jamil is getting hella good at 360s! Big stairs, big grinds, big style, definitly an edit to watch. I haven't seen anything from Jamil in a while so I'm stoked to see this edit. Despite my happiness, I'm sorry for the loss of Danny "Monster" Silva I know how it feels to lose a friend, my prayers are with him, his friends and his family.

Andrew Voegelli 2011

Dopeeee! I love the frequency that Voegelli puts out edits. Despite this quantity, every edit has some real solid quality. Its great to see that Voegelli is putting his new Unknown frame to the test. It must be a lot less sketchy than that old Charge frame.

Korea FGFS crew Planet Hops

Planet Hops makes some of my favorite edits of all time and this definitely hits the top few. The editing and filming is always on point and I love the music that they choose. It always goes along perfectly with the edit.

Pignon Fixe Rendez vous - CONTEST

That indoor park looks like so much fun! I wouldn't mind having one of those closer to me so I could shred. I plan on hitting up a park this weekend for the first time. That is, if time permits.

Ides of March

All of these riders are fairly young and I love it. They're showing the world that the kids can bring it just as hard as the "Adults". I really wanna learn Spencer Style sliders like at 1:45 they look super clean!

Minute Mondays: Thursday Night Social

I'm a big fan of Iminusd. To me, they're the perfect local bike shop. They have everything for your FGFS needs and the workers seem educated. The even sponsor and hold local events! Additionally, it just seems like a fun place to hangout and kick back. I've never been there so I'm glad they threw this video up. It makes me an even bigger fan of Iminusd. The shop is quite the beauty.

Will Gibbons: sCRAPs

I feel like the Eighth Inch crew is under appreciated. They have a real good team and although they may be no Slumworm, they're still solid. I really like Gibbon's steeze. I can't exactly put my finger on it but you have to agree that hes a great rider. On a Gibbon/Eighth Inch related note, Eighth Inch is now selling posters featuring Gibbons and his Butcher. You can pick up those bad boys HURRRRR.

Kenny: Whatever Happens, Happens

Kenny is definitely putting his Custom Destroy Bikes Frame to good use. I'm loving all of those double pegged grinds but I feel like that was most of the video. I still really enjoyed the edit though. Mainly due to all of the bails. I may be sick for doing so but I laughed at that first one but after that, when the falls were more brutal, I then felt the pain.

Welcome to the Sadio Family

Holy crap! This kids a beastttttt! The edit is so packed with moves that you can't even blink or else you'll miss something. Dew has got bars on lock, grinds on lock, and even the traditional skids on lock. I think this is the first edit that has actually made me want to go out and buy a product. In this case that Sadio Frame. How else can he be that good?!?!

Long Beach Execution

I expected an actual game in this one. Like SKATE or something. I'm digging the song choice though. It kinda just fits with this whole vibe.

My Daily: Busy Busy Busy

Junior year is a hell of alotta work and its sometimes difficult to balance schoolwork, track, riding, and of course blogging. I've been really stressed out recently and my bike is what I use to get away from all that. I don't do drugs or drink because I don't really see the point of it. I'm not edge or anything but I just don't see why I need drugs or alcohol when riding already takes me away from my everyday problems. Another thing is that I'm super cheap and would rather spend my money on my bike but thats something else haha. This weekend, I took the SAT for the first time and I kind of feel like some weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. After that, I treated myself to a delicious Chipotle Burrito followed by some TV. After I wasn't too full to move, I set out to ride some trails/dirt jumps (first time on the Bruiser). If you haven't ridden trails on a fixed gear, its a lot of fun! The place I went is more known for its dirt jumps and its always fun to ride some of those. Unfortunately for me, the park was crap that day. A bunch of jumps were flooded, the jumps weren't smooth and the ground was all bumpy. I did get in a few little jumps though. Every once in a while, my crank would hit the jump and I'd have to catch myself. I really wish I had a frame with a negative bottom bracket. After a little session there, I rode around to check out some schools to see if they had any good spots. The only thing I found was a long lunch bench that pedal grinded real smooth. After that, I went home and relaxed some more. The next day, (today) I didn't really get any ridding in but I did visit a LBS to ask about truing wheels. My wheels feel super tensioned on one side and a little flimsier on the other. I also stopped my the 7-11 there and I may have found my new favorite Arizona. The Pink Lemonade Arnold Plamer is the shieeeeeet! Overall, this weekend was fun just because I haven't been on my bike for that long in a long time.

DSCF0135[1]

Fixed Love: Irvine Sucks

That 20 stair handrail was crazy! I would've shit myself just looking at that! In my opinion, Brad is one of the best riders at grinds. The grinds just come out looking super smooth and you gotta love that barspins he throws in afterwards.

Mike and Crew

I saw this little edit up on Zlog first. The whole time I was waiting for that Aerosppoke to blow up. I don't see why people buy those pieces of junk. The only pro of having one is that hipster cred. It makes no sense to ride one. They're extremely heavy, they crack, and you can't true them. Why not spend that $350 or whatever it may be on a real wheelset that you won't be afraid of breaking. Other than that, its a pretty solid video. A bunch of friends having a good time!

RideBLT Sunday Edit Tres

This looks like a really good time. It really makes me wanna go out and ride. I actually did get a little riding in this weekend stay tunned for a Daily today or tommorow!

Chrome Sherman

I've been a huge fan of Chrome's products ever since I began riding. This might be a result of a few things, it could've been the durability and craftsmanship of their bags or it might have even been that messenger bags were so hip back then. Either way, I know for a fact that Chrome makes some of the highest quality products on the market. For their Spring line, they're introducing a new innovative bag that is nothing like I've ever seen before. This bag, is the Chrome Sherman. Designed around racers, it is everything you could ever need. It's tri-fold design allows the rider to carry around anything they could ever need. A backup wheelset fits in easily but the possibilities for what this bag can do are endless. I'm also loving the interior pockets. These can accommodate locks, tools, backup shoes, or whatever else you may need. I personally don't race yet but I can still see how useful this bag can be. Be sure you check out Chrome's website to checkout their bags, shoes, and other products. I guarantee that they have at least one product that would fit your needs. I personally really like the Ivan Rolltop Bag and the Chrome Hip Pouch.

Grime Bikes: G.O.A.T. 26" Proto

Grime has been setting the bar for FGFS for the longest time and their newest venture is the G.O.A.T. Frame. So far I'm loving most of the things about this frame. For one, it has a shorter chain stay that the Yo Mang. I'm all about the tight wheelbase, I think it feels and acts a lot better. Another thing I love is the minimal bottom bracket rise. Sky scrapper bottom brackets are a definiete no-no in my books. Cosmetically it also looks really nice although I'm iffy about the integrated seatpost clamp. In my opinion, they look nicer but you're screwed if you strip it out. Despite all of these good things, the one thing that I don't understand is their choice of not having a gusset. There have been countless frames that have broken due to a lack of a gusset. Although I believe that Grime knows what they're doing, a gusset would make me, and probably plenty more people, feel more reassured in abusing the frame. Check out more pics and info on the GRIME BLOG. Ohh yeaa and its gonna be really competitively priced which I'm super stoked about! The rider based geometry combined with a low price equals heaven!

9web

Chacon West Jam Promo

I've been a fan of Mike for a long time. I love his style and as I've said before, he's a great mix of old and new. I still don't understand how he pulls off half of his moves they seem impossible! Be sure you watch the whole video, that last set is really something!

Tony Fast: Winter Edit

Tony is pulling wheelies all over the place! I'm loving the park and the street variations. He kinda has the same style for both terrains, or at least it seems that way. Either way I'm diggin all of his moves. The hop bars up and down everything were super clean, me gusta!

Bmore Fixed in Philly

Sooooo many falls yet so many good moves. Those failed rail attempts looked super brutal but at least he landed it! I'm also a big fan of Christina, she's bringing the heat for the ladies. Theres not many girls in the scene so Baltimore is lucky to have her.

W-Base: Routine

Videos like these are so dope. It's really interesting to see people's daily grind especially in the bike industry. I visit my bike shop when I need something but I've never really seen what goes on behind the scenes.

Grip Reaper: JBC Takeover

I found this little bit over on Lockedcog. Kris is right, there are so many strap companies out there right now its ridiculous! I prefer to make my own straps because I don't have much money and mine work better than anything I've tried so far. I've been riding them for probably a little less than a year and they still hold up great! These Grip Reaper straps are looking pretty good, they're simple and they look like they'd hold their form pretty well. The thing that I like about this video i that there wasn't any tricking. It kinda shows that this style of foot retention can be used on not just FGFS bikes. In my opinion, this style of foot retention is way better than your average double strap set up.

UVT: Josh Boothby

Two edits in two days from Boothby is never a bad thing. It's unfair how good he is. He makes FGFS look so clean and he does so while still going huge! That gutter spot looks like it would be ridiculously fun.

MixtMeat: J.Dawg Bitch

This guy has some super solid moves. He's throwing bars everywhere its soooo killer. I also love how he threw in sliders to a bunch of his moves. Really good stuff man!

Tuesday, March 8, 2011

Josh Boothby

Holy Crap! Boothby is way too good. In this edit, you can really see his bmx roots. I liked how he through in that little bit of bmx. It kinda shows us where he comes from. If he landed that curved wallride, that would've been amazing. The fall on that looks brutal! Also, the music in the begining reminded me of a funeral or something so I'm glad he switch it up to one of my favorite shows, Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air.

Minute Mondays: Hellyer Park Velodrome

I wish there was a place like this in OC. It looks like such a good time! The closest velo to me is in LA I think and without a car, I can't go unfortunately.

Monday, March 7, 2011

A Grafa Weekend

It's nice to come home to an edit like this. Real mellow, relaxing music, and some good ol' riding. It really got me chill and less stressed.

SBR's Unknown Mini Edit

I'm digging this quicky from SBR. As I've said before, I love Unknowns team. They have some of the top riders as portrayed through SBR. Good stuff, keep it coming!

Tony's Winter Edit

I'm super glad Tony got a new bike. For those of you who don't know, Tony got his Leader TRK stolen a while back. Luckily for us, Tony picked up this new build. It would've been a real shame if Tony disappeared on the scene. It seems although a lot of FGFS just disappear out of nowhere. In this edit, he shows us the versatility of his grinds and shows off his new ride a little bit. I really enjoyed it!

Death Grip: Death Meat

Man, the Death Grip guys have really improved. Or at least the newer guys. Superteds been around forever it seems and he still brings the heat in every edit. I love that move at 14. It was smooth like butter! I don't know if this is just my computer but on mine, it freezes at 2:54 and doesn't go on past that. I dunno but other than that, super solid edit. Definitly worth your time.

Kareem's Leader Edit

The man that brought us Death Pedal and Death Pedal 2 now brings this short and sweet edit. Kareem's grinds are so sick! He's hitting everything!

Sunday, March 6, 2011

Wolfpack Hustle: The All-City Team Race 3

Theres one thing that LA knows how to do and thats throw a race. As you can see, Wolfpack throws these huge races and people from all over come. This edit really shows the size of these races but in my opinion, it doesn't showcase the riders enough. I'd really like to see an edit portraying the talent these guys have. They go so fast its rediculous. Keep in mind that this is in the bust streets of LA. Good job guys!

Demolition's Last Chance Trailer

OMG the riders, the editing, the bails! This is going to be one hell of a video. Demolition's team includes some of my favorite bmx riders and I'm really exited to see what they bring. The thing I love about bmx is that the riders have the ability to go faster than FGFS and because of this, and the ability to coast, they go a lot bigger.

Back 2 tHe ~TRUTH!!!

Fixed Love aka Brad Parker put together this sweet little edit. Although I don't recognize some of the riders, they all shred. Their grinds are super solid and they can really spin. My favorite part is the end of the riding with all the bails. I love the back to back flats, really funny!

Friday, March 4, 2011

Something "KNUW"

Such a bangin' edit! It looks like the LDG Kaos is treating Santos really well. His grinds have become a lot more fluid and his transitions are dope now! Its also great to see something from Congo, he's one of my favorite riders and I haven't seen any footage from him in a while. These two riders have completely different styles but they do have one thing in common...700c wheels. 700c Army FTW!

Pedalhard: Sactown Comp

I'm watching this thinking, how in the world Mike spins so fast. His tech is ridiculous, I can't comprehend it. He throws bars so fluid and his spins are visually pleasing. It really makes me wanna go out and ride.

Pedalhard: Sac Town comp. from CHOP EM DOWN on Vimeo.

Hurley Rain Hider

This is crazy dope! Lamarche kills it on all types of terrain and this is a perfect example of how good he is, park wise. I love the bit with the broken frame. Its typical Wrahw! The tricks in this are so crazy, way too many to point out. Jut watch the edit and you'll see how fluid his style is!

Bangin' Bikes: Shea's All-City 26" Proto

This frame is looking really fresh. I really like that toptube slope. My ideal slope would be me standing with both feet on the ground while still sitting. Another thing that I like is that negative bottom bracket. I would hate to have a skyscraper bottom bracket, that would be pointless and uncomfortable. There is one thing that I hope All-City will change on the production models, a shortened chainstay. I really think that would jut put this frame over the top! More at DPH.

Bangin' Bikes: Voegelli's Unknown V2

Voegelli goes big and fast and this bike is really gonna help him push himself even further. Previously, he rode a Charge Scissor and that version had problems with bending. It must have been uper sketchy to have to ride something so flimsy. I wouldn't have trusted that under me. Now with this Unknown V2 Frame, Voegelli can go hard without the fear of his frame snapping. Although, I'm not sure why he didn't pick the Unknown 26' Frame. Kenny Chuong mentioned on Tricktrack that it may have to do with standover but in my opinion, one inch difference isn't worth a longer rear end and a higher front end. You could jut ride higher bars to even out the difference in height. More at UNKNOWN.

Lunch Sessions 2

I wish this Matt's bike was available for purchase already. A ridiculous amount of people would be on that thing. I know that they've pushed production back to make changes in order to make a better bike but it really does seem like its been forever.

Stay Gold Recovered Footage

Sooooooo Dope! There are way too many places I wish I could ride in this one. I really wanna film for an edit but I've been busy and no one else tricks at my school. I'm trying to get ome kids to start but we'll see what happens from their.

Yummm Lunch!

Yesterday I made myself some bomb fried rice! It may be stereotypical but I freakin' love this stuff. More times than not, I get way too excited to eat it and I end up getting hiccups. I may be bragging a little bit but I've never had better fried rice than the kind that my family makes. I also topped off this delicious meal with a refreshing can of Arizona! Today, I went out and got Taco Bell. Crunch Wrap Supremes are only 88 cents and I must say, it tastes much better when it's cheap. I really don't care about the 33% meat or whatever it is, either way, its delicious!

Planet Hops: T.D. 2011 Clips

Planet Hops always brings the heat with their edits. In their latest one, J.D. is killing it with the grinds. The grind up the ledge to fakie was legit but thats not all! Theres plenty more, this video is definitely worth the watch!

Bangin' Bikes: Sean Coat's Old Affinity Lo-Pro

I really do miss mashing around OC and pushing myself to ride farther and farther. One fast bike that I remember seeing up on Tricktrack, that I just loved, was Sean's Affinity Lo-Pro. Usually I don't like sticker bombed frames but for some reason, in this case, I really liked it. I'm also always a fan of Wound Up forks and Ominum Cranks. They are not only visually appealing but they're some of the top products on the market. There is a few thing I would change though. Those stock Kilo rims are crap and I would've changed that seat angle.

Specs:
-Affinity Lo Pro Size 51.5cm
-Wound Up Fork
-Chris King 1" Headset
-Problem Solvers Seat Post Clamp
-Dimension 65mm Stem
-Mavic Pursuit Bars w/ Deda Wrap
-165mm Sram Omnium Cranks and BB (used for about 10 miles)
-48T Origin 8 Chainring (brand new)
-MKS GR-9 Pedals/All City Plastic Cages/Sag Life Double Straps.

Nick Ramirez (Nickname) February Edit

Another short and sweet edit. Nickname puts down some super solid lines in this one. Personally, I dig the bank in the begining. That looks like it would be a hell of alotta fun!

Fixed Soldiers II

This video is just super appealing to me. Visually, the editing and filming was super solid. I also really liked the song choice it really went well with the edit. Another think that I love about this video is that it takes me back to the old days of fixed gear. The days where group rides were the shit and mashing was the most fun you could ever have. The community aspect of fixed gears really died down in OC and it's really unfortunate. Maybe this summer I'll try to get this aspect of riding back.

Quick Riding

Unknown Bikes is getting quite the team. It seems like they're sponsoring new guys left and right! Constant Clesse is the newest sponsored rider and in this little edit he shows us why.

Farewell Dawes

Short and simple I like it! I'm loving those nollies to wheelies they look uber clean. Also, judging by the title, I'm guessing a new frames coming soon? Looking forward to seeing it!

Iminusd Minute Mondays

I'm so jealous of the Wheeltalk compound! Every edit, it seems more and more like a bike paradise. They should take a sky view of the whole compound, I'm sure I'm not the only one who is interested into seeing how amazing this place really is!
